Hi, we’re a blended family of 6 doing our best to stay together, heal, and build a future filled with love, stability, and safety. We’re reaching out to ask for help in purchasing the home we’re currently living in so that we can finally have a place to truly call our own.

In 2023, our lives changed forever. After the passing of their primary custodial parent, we stepped in to care for three incredible children who needed a safe, loving home. Two of them are still minors and currently in our temporary custody. Their older sister, who just turned 18, is also with us, although our formal guardianship has expired now that she’s an adult. Together with our youngest, our biological child, we’ve become a blended family filled with love, laughter, and lots of learning — but it hasn’t come without its challenges.

We’ve faced homelessness, survived house fires, and fought hard to keep our family together through everything life has thrown at us. We’ve sacrificed, stretched every dollar, and leaned on each other. But right now, we’re at a turning point.

The home we’re living in is available for purchase for $60,000. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to secure a safe, permanent home for our children — a place where they can grow, feel secure, and know they won’t have to move again. A place filled with memories and love. We don’t want to risk losing it.

My boyfriend is a hardworking mechanic doing everything he can to support us. I’m a stay-at-home mom actively looking for work to help ease the load and provide more stability for our kids. We’re doing all we can, but we can’t do this part alone.
