Our dear neighbor Fran is in a predicament due to a series of events/circumstances and we really want to help her. She needs help with her next rent payment while we assist her in figuring out a long-term solution. 

I have personally donated to a ton of these things when I have had the ability, so I am asking the universe to return it to her on my behalf.

She is a part of our family. Our daughter, Rosie, loves her, and we love her too. She is our "adopted Nana," and we rarely go a day without seeing her, or having her over for meals.
