Today we received news that no parent expects to hear — our son needs a cranial helmet to help correct his head shape. After months of monitoring and trying repositioning, his specialist confirmed that a helmet is medically necessary to prevent long-term issues as he grows.

Unfortunately, the helmet is not fully covered by insurance, and the required down payment alone is $1,500. As parents, we would do anything to give our son the healthiest start possible, but this unexpected cost is more than we can manage on our own right now.
