UbuntuDRC is continuing its mission of caring for and supporting 33 orphans in Goma, DRCongo, children who have endured displacement, loss, hunger, medical vulnerability, and instability. All 33 children live together in Ubuntu House 1, a safe home we opened last year to give them stability, protection, and a family environment. Since moving into Ubuntu House 1, their lives have changed they sleep safely, eat daily, receive basic medical care, and grow in confidence.
Last year’s school year, September 2025/26, was a beautiful success. All 33 children passed with excellence, proving their determination, discipline, and desire to learn. Their results showed us that when a child is loved, protected, and supported, they can rise above every challenge.
