Help For Donald Cook's Daughter

Hello 10th Mountain Brothers,

I’m reaching out to let you know that I am kicking off a campaign for Donald “Cookie” Cook and his family, and we need your help!

You may have heard that Donald’s daughter, Amy, was recently transferred from her hometown of Albuquerque, NM to a hospital in Denver, CO by herself, with a failing liver and slipped into a comma. She has since come out of the comma, but now has kidney failure and is dependent on a dialysis machine.

The travel cost for Donald and his wife to visit their daughter are extremely high. This campaign would help cover the travel cost for each of them to visit Amy during her recovery in Denver.

We all know that if any of us were in Donald’s situation, he’d be the first pitch in a donation.

We can’t speed up the time Amy will be in the hospital, but we can help ease the financial burden and the resultant stress that Donald and his wife are facing. The goal is to raise $3,000 for them, to each travel to Denver to spend precious time with Amy.
