The Mission

Open Arms Angels Group Home was founded with one powerful goal:

To provide a permanent, supportive home for foster youth—especially siblings aging out of the system—so they can stay together, heal together, and build successful futures.

Run by a devoted foster parent who has spent years opening her heart and home to children of all ages, this project is more than a dream. It’s a life-saving necessity.

Why This Matters

Every year, over 20,000 young people age out of the foster care system in the U.S. Many have nowhere to go and end up facing homelessness, incarceration, or exploitation.

Worse still, siblings are often separated and placed in different homes, losing the only family they have left. Open Arms Angels Group Home will give these youth a safe landing, and each other.

Foster care is more than temporary shelter—it’s often the only chance a child has to feel safe, seen, and supported. But foster families and group homes can’t do it alone. The emotional, physical, and mental health needs of foster youth are complex—and underfunded.
