Over the past year, Osas Foundation Care has reached over 1,000 people across Lagos through community outreach, emergency relief, and health referrals — food and care packs for vulnerable families, hospital outreach for new mothers, and support for young people facing hardship.

But the truth is: the need is moving faster than our resources.

When a young person is in crisis, when a mother has just given birth and has nothing basic to take home, when a family is choosing between food and medicine — they don’t have time to wait for a “perfect plan.” They need a response now. And in too many cases, there is no system coming. It’s community, or nothing.

Your donation helps cover the practical costs that make our work possible: transport and logistics, communication and follow-up, educational materials, safeguarding and case-support tools, volunteer coordination, and emergency assistance where appropriate.
