To our friends, neighbors, partners, and everyone who has supported One Stop Resources,
Asking for help has never been easy for me. I've always believed in working hard, finding solutions, and serving others. But today, I come to you with a heavy heart. Over the past three months, One Stop Resources has been burglarized twice. What was taken wasn't just phones and equipment—it was the inventory that allowed us to serve our community and the financial stability we've worked so hard to build. These losses have left us facing the heartbreaking possibility of closing our doors.
For years, we've been honored to serve Washington through thousands of resource fairs, community events, churches, nonprofit partnerships, shelters, housing communities, and outreach programs. We've helped connect veterans, seniors, families, students, and individuals facing difficult times with affordable phones and wireless service because we believe that staying connected can change someone's life. When the Affordable Connectivity Program ended and Lifeline changed, we didn't give up. We adapted because our community still needed us. We continued showing up, finding new ways to serve, and doing everything we could to keep people connected. Now, we're the ones who need help. Your support will help us replace stolen inventory, repair the damage, strengthen security, and give One Stop Resources a chance to continue the mission we've dedicated ourselves to for years.
If One Stop Resources has ever helped you, your family, or someone you know—or if you simply believe in supporting small businesses that give back—we humbly ask for your support. Whether it's a donation, sharing our story, or keeping us in your prayers, every act of kindness gives us hope. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in us. My promise is that if we're given the opportunity to rebuild, we'll continue doing what we've always done: serving our community with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
With gratitude,
