Olivia has always been dedicated to her journey in scouting, working hard for every rank she has achieved. She is currently a Star rank and is ambitiously working towards Life, with her sights set on ultimately becoming an Eagle Scout. Her leadership skills have shone through as she served as patrol leader of her troop, where she led with fairness, kindness, and a gentle hand. Now, as the oldest girl in her troop, Olivia is a role model for the younger scouts, who look up to her for advice and guidance.
For nearly three years, Olivia has worked at the local scout camp, and the camp Ranger asks for her by name to return each year. She also volunteers for off-season camps whenever she can, showing her commitment to giving back. Despite recently battling Mono, Olivia keeps her grades high and excels in every class. She attends a school connected to a college, and as a sophomore, she has already started college courses. Her goal is to graduate high school with an Associate of Arts in Science.
Olivia is also passionate about martial arts, attending MMA classes twice a week and working toward her Black Belt, which she hopes to achieve within the next year. She has been a disciplined and dedicated student for the last three years. Outside of school, karate, and scouts, Olivia enjoys spending time with friends, playing Xbox, reading, and crocheting.
This year, Olivia has the incredible opportunity to attend the National Jamboree with the Boy Scouts of America. This event is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will allow her to learn new skills, make lifelong friends, and represent her troop on a national stage. However, attending the Jamboree comes with significant expenses, including registration, travel, food, gear, and other costs.
We are reaching out to our friends, family, and community to ask for your support in helping Olivia make this dream a reality. Any contribution, big or small, will go directly towards covering the costs of her trip and ensuring she can participate in this amazing event. Thank you so much for considering supporting Olivia on her scouting journey!
