My name is Olga, and I never imagined I would be in a position where I would need to ask for help like this. Over the past few months, my son Shawn and I have experienced a series of unexpected hardships that have completely turned our lives upside down.

We were evicted from our home, my vehicle was repossessed, and shortly after, I lost my job. Despite actively searching for work and applying wherever possible, nothing has come through yet. These challenges have left us without stable housing or transportation, making it even harder to get back on our feet.

At this time, my son and I are staying with my older son, his wife, and their three children. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness and generosity, but space is very limited, and Shawn and I are sleeping on the living room floor. While we are thankful to have a roof over our heads, this is not a sustainable situation for any of us.

I am doing everything I can to find employment and regain stability. Our hope is to raise enough funds to secure a small place of our own and obtain a reliable used vehicle so I can continue job searching and rebuilding our lives.
