Hello! As many of you know, my mom Jennifer Davidson, is a proud Deaf nurse who uses hearing aids and a digital stethoscope when at work.

On October 13th, her digital stethoscope stopped working in the middle of her 12 hour shift. After hours of trying to repair it and troubleshoot together, we've come to the conclusion that it lived a long life and will no longer be on shift with her (it was a strong three years of stethoscoping and it saved many lives!!).

Now, we're looking into options for a new digital stethoscope that is ready to get to work with my mom by its side. Unfortunately, this expense is not something her hospital or insurance can cover and is also a hefty cost ($583.94 after taxes and shipping).

We are humbly requesting support in affording a new stethoscope that provides my mom with the accessibility she requires at work. The expense was very unexpected and comes at time where both of us are working on paying tuition and student loans while managing the other expenses life brings us.

Any donation you may offer truly has the possibility of helping to save a life, catch a murmur, or do other nursing stuff (clearly I'm not the medically trained one here)!
