Help Akram and Kareem survive the horrors of war
My name is Nour, a mother of two young children: Akram (3 years old) and Kareem (2 years old). We live in Gaza, or rather, we're trying to survive there.
Our life was simple and full of love despite the difficulties, but everything changed suddenly. In this last war, I lost my mother to shelling, my brother was martyred, and our house collapsed over our memories. We were left with no shelter or safety.
A year and a half ago, my husband was arrested by the Israeli army, and I haven't heard from him since. Since then, I've been raising Akram and Kareem alone, feeding them from what I can afford and trying hard to hide the fear, hunger, and pain.
As I write these words with a heavy heart, I ask for your support to save my children, to provide temporary shelter, food, medicine, and simple daily necessities so we can survive a little longer.
Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference in the lives of two children whose only fault is that they were born during a time of war.
Help us live, just to live.
