Welcome! We are Nina & Nate; a chef and baker living a rustic life, raising our young two daughters in the mountains of rural Vermont. We make small batch, organic sourdough on the shores of Greenwood Lake. Our bakery began in the midst of the pandemic, and has grown beautifully over the past 5 years. We are ready to welcome a second brick oven into our space to accommodate the demand for delicious sourdough in our community.
