Hello everyone - 

We are reaching out to all of you to support for the family of our beloved Starbucks Partner Nick Scott. 

Nick was a devoted father of an 11 year old daughter and a 7 year old daughter. He grew up in Ohio and moved to Chicago years back. 

We have been proud to call Nick Scott our Starbucks Partner for the past two years after he returned to the company from back in the early 2000s. Nick made a positive impact on everyone he came in contact with as he worked in many different Starbucks stores in the area.  He always brought so much joy to the team, always had a smile on his face, and he would make silly jokes and often he would cheer us up with his hidden singing talents. 

We all loved working with Nick - he recently became a Shift supervisor and did an amazing job leading his team. Nick has been a partner and a friend who was always there when you needed. 

Nick suffered a horrible accident leaving him with organ and brain damage. After surgery doctors mentioned his brain had several dead cells with a low percentage to wake up and have a normal brain function. His organs will be donated and he will be taken off a ventilator.

We are looking for support for the family he is leaving behind as they prepare for this unimaginable loss and need help with medical expenses and any other challenges that are currently coming their way. Thank you for looking in your hearts.
