We are organising this fundraiser to support our dear Nic and Lyn, who have just faced an unimaginable tragedy.

On their return from medical appointments in Perth recently, Nic and Lyn came home to find their world turned upside down. The recent bushfires in Geraldton have completely destroyed their family home.

Devastatingly, they have lost absolutely everything. They left their home with only the clothes on their backs and the items they took to Perth.

Most heartbreaking of all, they returned to find that their beloved pet cat Smudge did not survive the fire. This loss has left them shattered.

How Your Donation Will Help

Nic and Lyn need immediate support to cover the most basic needs and begin the long road to recovery. Your generous donation will go directly towards:

• Immediate Shelter: Covering the cost of temporary accommodation.

• Essential Items: Replacing basic necessities like clothing, toiletries, and food.

• Medical Costs: Assisting with ongoing medical expenses and travel that they were already facing.

• Starting Over: Providing a foundation for long-term rebuilding, including replacing essential household goods, ID documents, and other crucial items.
