For over 20 years New Roots Urban Farm has been working towards a sustainable, local food system and providing affordable and healthy foods to its community. Located on the Northside of St. Louis, the Black-led farm serves low-income neighbors in an area facing environmental racism and food apartheid.
Antajuan Adams, born and raised in the surrounding neighborhood, started working with New Roots 13 years ago and through his leadership the farm has become a vibrant member of the community.
Now, more than ever, as federal funding and grant opportunities shrink, we need your help. You donation will directly support:
- Fair wages for our dedicated farm workers
- Free and low cost food to our neighbors who need it most
- Youth education and community programs
- Ongoing care for our land and infrastructure
Your support helps us keep growing—not just food but a future rooted in sustainability, evolution, love and justice.
Thank you for standing with New Roots. Together, we can nourish a more just and resilient St. Louis.
