On Monday, February 9th, my daughter and her little family received some devastating news. They were just about finished moving into their new home and were excited to begin this new chapter of their lives when everything took a sudden and heartbreaking turn. Their new home, along with all of their belongings inside, burned to the ground.

Now my daughter, her boyfriend, and their 4-month-old baby girl are trying to pick up the pieces and figure out what to do next. The majority of their belongings were inside the home, and with your help, I am working to help them replace what was lost.

As devastating as this is, I can't help but feel grateful that they were not there when it happened. At this time, we don't know what caused the fire, but we are just incredibly thankful that no one was hurt.
