Hello, my name is Nesmary Lopez. I am a Venezuelan immigrant living in the Dominican Republic, and I am reaching out with a humble and heartfelt request for your support.

Five years ago, due to the severe economic, political and social situation in Venezuela, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to send my son to live with a family member in Houston, Texas, for his safety and well-being. Since then, we have been separated by both distance and financial constraints. The longing to be with my son has been a constant ache in my heart.

Today, I am determined to reunite with him. To do so, I need to secure a working visa for the United States, which comes with significant costs that I am unable to afford on my own. This visa will allow me to live and work in the U.S., and most importantly, be with my son once again.
