Help Needed to Reunite with My Kids

Hello, my name is Jonte Nickerson. At this time, I am dealing with an extremely devastating custody battle that is requiring me to seek sudden, costly legal counsel to be reunited with my 8-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son.

 

Unfortunately, due to the sensitive legal nature of the case, I am unable to share details but my wife and I are filing for divorce. I was in an 8 year marriage with someone who I thought I knew but who pulled the rug from up under my feet. As a result, my children were  uprooted from their home, school, friends and family without warning.  As the sole provider for my family and main caretaker of both of my children since birth, my children and I have never lived apart at any moment in their young lives.

 

If you know me, then you know my kids are my life and I am a constant in theirs.  You may have met them, talked to them on the phone (or heard them yelling and playing in the background if you've called me) or seen us at Disney on Ice at the Oracle which we go to every year.  It has taken a lot for me to speak publicly about such a private and painful matter and I've tried to grin and bear it on my own. However, my main priority at this time is being reunited with my children.  I have already exhausted several thousand dollars in legal fees and now I have come to a point where I have to ask for help.

Whatever you can give towards this effort...All monies will go toward paying my mounting legal fees in addition to helping me start over as a single father.  Your support, love and prayers are greatly appreciated.
