Help needed for our friend William Ruiz

Hey everyone! My friend Will is genuinely the most caring person I know, and needs a bit of help.

He’s been working 50+ hours a week at a veterinary clinic as a tech while also being a full time student. This past week during finals week, he was called into work an hour away several times on his nights off from work to go save animals, and suffered from a severe lack of sleep because of it. His work is over an hour away from his house, which means every late night call in leaves him 1 or 2 spare hours to sleep before his opening shift. He ended up lightly hitting a car on his way to work the following morning; and, despite it only being a scratch and a few dings on the floor boards of the car, the shop is quoting 3,500 dollars for damages.

This is devastating, because he has also been caring for his mom and aunt, who both suffered from strokes last year, and are both suffering financially (while they wait through the long process for disability) because of it. This new burden makes this even harder.

If you have a few dollars to spare, it would be a massive help. Will gives his everything to everyone else, and I want to help him in return.
