Our names are Hawk Armstrong and Keyana Dabbs, co‑founders of the Nde Sovereign Life Collective (NSLC) — an Indigenous‑led nonprofit based in the Elk, Washington area. We grew up in rural communities where kids had incredible potential but limited access to safe spaces, cultural programs, or wellness activities. We created NSLC to change that.
NSLC is built on Indigenous leadership, cultural preservation, youth empowerment, and community wellness. And thanks to months of work, we’ve already laid a strong foundation.
⭐ Our Nonprofit Is Fully Registered and Moving Forward
We have completed every major step required to operate legally and transparently:
✔ Registered Articles of Incorporation
✔ Registered as a Charitable Organization with the Washington Secretary of State
✔ Obtained our Washington State Business License
✔ Received our EIN: 42‑4286493
✔ 501(c)(3) tax‑exempt
With our 501(c)(3) status donations made from our startup date forward may qualify as tax‑deductible. Please consult a tax professional for details.
This legitimacy matters — donors deserve to know their support is going to a real, accountable organization.
⭐ Our First Major Program: Indigenous Martial Arts
We are launching Indigenous Martial Arts, a free youth and family wellness program rooted in Apache cultural values, discipline, confidence, and community strength.
This program provides:
Free martial arts classes
Training equipment and uniforms
A safe indoor space for youth
Cultural learning and wellness activities
Transportation support for rural families
For many kids, this program will be their first opportunity to join a positive, structured, culturally grounded activity.
This is more than martial arts — it’s a lifeline for rural families.
⭐ Our Goal: $15,000 to Launch the Program
This fundraiser supports:
✔ Training mats, pads, and safety gear
✔ Uniforms for youth who cannot afford them
✔ Portable equipment for outreach
✔ Insurance and facility costs
✔ Transportation support for families
✔ Community outreach and cultural programming
This amount is realistic, achievable, and directly tied to immediate community impact.
⭐ Our Long‑Term Vision
While this fundraiser focuses on launching Indigenous Martial Arts, NSLC is building toward a larger future:
Indigenous cultural learning and language spaces
Youth martial arts and wellness programs
Outdoor gathering and healing areas
Conservation‑minded land stewardship
Wildlife‑friendly rural development
Community‑centered programs for families and youth
These goals will eventually require land acquisition and development — but GoFundMe works best when donors can see immediate impact, not distant infrastructure.
This fundraiser is the first step that makes everything else possible.
⭐ How You Can Help
Even small donations make a meaningful difference:
$25 provides a youth training shirt
$50 helps with safety gear
$100 sponsors a child’s uniform
$250 supports transportation for families
$500 helps us secure training mats
$1,000+ directly builds the Dojang space
If you cannot donate, sharing this fundraiser is just as powerful.
⭐ Thank You
Thank you for supporting Indigenous‑led community development in rural Washington. Your contribution helps us move from planning to building — from dreaming to doing — and gives youth a safe place to grow, learn, and belong.
