Help Natalia Keep Her Children and Citizenship

Calling out to all that know and love Natalia, Ka'ana, Nini and Sagu.  They are in desperate need of keeping their family together and safe passage back into the United States.

In May of 2020, she traveled with the kids bearing a notarized consent from her husband to Poland. The couple's agreed intention was to have Natalia and the children spend a year near her family, seek in person education for her children due to the Covid restrictions in America and find developmental support for Ka'ana, her eldest son with special needs.  The father was going to join them later and work remotely. Knowing that Ka'ana with his speech delay could not possibly thrive with Zoom virtual schooling and needed diagnoses of his condition, this arrangement would be ideal for their family.  Thanks to the doctors and excellent school system in Poland,  Ka'ana was diagnosed with motor aphasia (the inability to speak or to organize the muscular movements of speech)and was finally getting the developmental support that he required.

Natalia has tried to reconcile with her husband through mediation but the therapist,  that her husband appointed, told her not to come back to the US for fear that her situation at home would escalate to further violence due to the stay at home orders mandated in California.

When she did not return upon her husband's demand because their passports had expired, he has gone forward with his threats to take her children away with no parental rights nor visitation and there is a warrant for her arrest should she try to return.

Natalia has no money except barely enough to independently support her family of four and needs help getting an immigration lawyer and family law attorney to take her case.

The courts in Poland are patriarchally  biased and empowers the abusers without question.  She has lost her case in Poland and is in the process of an appeal.

She also needs to get a VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Visa to get the US citizenship that she has always wanted.  Her husband got his citizenship but would throw roadblocks when she would ask for her chance.  This is her chance!

Her green card has expired, she has days to get representation in America to fight for her children and her equality in the courts.

You know that Natalia has always shared what she has with all of us.  Let us step up and give back to her in the name of children, motherhood, women's rights and fair representation in the courts.

Much love and thanks to all that have the means to give to a meaningful family!  Any amount is appreciated.  Bless all your hearts!
