Hello, I'm Linae & im making this to help my mother. Alot of people in the community may know her, our beloved librarian for the past 12 to 13 years. My mother has been handicapped her whole life, now wheelchair bound & yet the hardest working woman i know. Unfortunately, we recently found out her landlord will be selling her home & we cannot afford to buy it. We wish we could, best case scenario would be to keep her in our family home. Moving at a time like this would be hard on her as she has serious health issues. Recently we found out she will also be needing possible brain surgery & the added stress of finding a new home has been overwhelming. Not only has it been in our family since the 80's but we worry we wont be able to find a new home for her in time. Affordable & accesssible is not always easy to find. The goal? Option A. Raise money to buy the home ourselves Option B. If we cant raise enough for the down payment theyre asking all funds will go towards a down payment for a new home for my mother.
