Help Nam Le Recover from Scammer's Theft

My brother Nam Le has unfortunately been a victim of scammers this past month, which has caused a great financial setback for him. He already works 6 days a week to make ends meet. Having such a tragedy right before the holidays is devastating, emotionally traumatic, and frustrating.
