Hello, my name is Jennie Bradford and I am starting this GoFundMe for my best friend Myiah Barnes. The most loving and kind person who lost EVERYTHING during the devastating EATON CANYON FIRE that spread throughout Altadena!! This unexpected tragedy has left her without a home, clothes, and all her belongings, the fire has truly changed her life.

Myiah has lived in Altadena all her life, where her parents raised her and then raised a beautiful daughter in the home next door, the fires destroyed both. Watching her foundation burn down has been tragic and she needs our help!

Myiah is known for her beautiful spirit and generous heart, always putting others before herself. She gives to others soundlessly even when she has none for herself, she'll make sure you have some, showing love to everyone she meets. From helping shelter people, providing essentials for those that need them, showing up and supporting loved ones at events, graduations, games, etc. To know Myiah is to know unconditional love. During the evacuation, Myiah's focus was ensuring her parents were packed, along with all of their essentials, which left no time for her to ensure she had what she needed. Her nurturing nature has not slowed down even now when she has nothing to give, she still gives, but now these are her limited resources. I want to offer her the support and focus on her that she deserves.
