Help My Son Get Back on His Bike

Donation protected
On Monday, July 7th, my son’s new mountain bike was stolen from right beside him in Belfairs Woods. Luckily he wasn’t hurt and it was just his bike that was taken by a hooded thug wearing a balaclava.

This bike was his 13th birthday present and it has been the best thing to get him away from spending hours on Fortnite in a dark room.
He spent his pocket money modifying it himself and any spare time he has with friends over Hadleigh bike park or Belfairs Woods.

Just the day before it was taken, he was riding with friends at the Fire Ride event at Twisted Oaks, having the time of his life.
Finding something he truly enjoys has been a struggle, especially when he often gets lost in gaming for hours. His bike has given him freedom and teaching him there’s a world outside of screens. His bike is also his way of getting to school, without it he has to walk 40 minutes to the train station for the daily commute and the same after school.

We’re starting this GoFundMe to help him replace his lost bike and bring back that spark of joy in his life. Any support you can offer would mean the world to us. Thank you for taking the time to read our story!
