This is 7 week old baby Rowan. He is the victim of child cruelty, at the hands of the man who was supposed to protect and provide for him. Rowan has a total of 22 fractures including the skull, legs, and ribs. Defenseless, he was jerked up by his leg and slammed on the floor.
