Hello, my name is Connor and I'm raising funds so that my sister can pay legal fees in order to get full custody of her son.

My sister Kendall is in an ongoing custody battle after she found out that her ex-wife, who currently shares custody with their 3 year old son, Tucker, is doing Meth. After an attempted intervention, my sister felt that her son was no longer safe with her ex and as such is seeking full legal custody of Tucker, at least until such time as they complete rehab.

Kendall, after having her own struggles with addiction has now been sober for 10 years, and is currently living her long-time dream of being a math teacher. Being a single mom has been enough of a challenge for her, especially after suffering a heart attack a year and a half ago, I worry that the stress of this legal battle will wear down her mental, physical, and financial well being, and so i'm hoping to raise money to ease her burdens, even if only slightly.

The money from this fundraiser will go towards Kendall's lawyer fees, as well as the out-of-pocket payments she must make for various drug and mental health tests for her ex as ordered by a judge.
