Hi, my name is Charli and I am fundraising to help my sister and her family after they were severely impacted by the recent Darwin floods.

Due to how quickly the dams overflowed and the rivers surrounding their home rose, they had no time to prepare or save their belongings. The flooding came so suddenly that they lost virtually everything inside their home.

My sister, who is currently 6 months pregnant, her partner, and their 2-year-old child were forced to brave the floodwaters to get to safety when emergency services were unable to reach them in time. They left with only minimal clothing and the essentials they could carry.

Sadly, all of their belongings have been destroyed by the water, and they are now facing the overwhelming reality of having to start over from scratch.

Any support will go directly toward helping them replace essential items, clothing, baby supplies, and begin rebuilding their lives after this devastating event.
