My name is Tania, and I’m reaching out from the depths of my heart for help. My family in Clark’s Town, Trelawny (Jamaica) has been left devastated after the recent hurricane. My mother, who is battling serious illness and on dialysis, has lost everything — our family home, our belongings, and the sense of safety we once had.
Today, my mother and siblings are homeless, struggling each day to find food, shelter, and the medical care my mother urgently needs. Knowing her fight to stay strong while enduring so much pain and uncertainty has been heartbreaking.
This storm didn’t just destroy our home — it shattered our peace, our comfort, and the little stability my family had left. The community around us is also suffering deeply, with many families facing the same despair.
I am doing all I can from where I am and will be traveling to Jamaica as soon as possible to support them in person, to help rebuild, and to provide care and comfort. But the truth is — I can’t do this alone.
Your donations will go directly toward:
* Rebuilding a safe and stable home for my family
* Food, clean water, and emergency supplies
* Medical treatment and care for my mother
* Support for others in our damaged community
Every bit of help, every prayer, and every share of this campaign makes a difference. Even a small contribution will go a long way in helping my mother continue her fight and in giving my family hope again.
I never imagined being in this position — but today, I’m choosing to believe that compassion and community can help us rise again.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for standing with us during this painful time. Your kindness and generosity mean more than words can say.
With love and gratitude,
Tania
