My significant other suffered a broken neck and is now paralyzed (quadriplegic) after a car accident on February 26th, 2025, which has completely changed both of our lives. We are facing daily challenges, and I am working as her caregiver three full days a week. We receive some help from an agency, but due to staffing shortages here in NM, we only get 24 hours of support per week, even though she is approved for 41 hours. This has been physically hard and mentally draining at times, but we remain hopeful.

She only gets about 45 minutes of physical therapy per week here in New Mexico, and it takes longer to get her out of bed, into the wheelchair, then into the car, drive, and then get her down and back home. She has worked incredibly hard to regain any movement she can, and I believe that with the right treatment and extensive therapy, she can achieve even more. Plans have changed for a more realistic option. So, we are raising funds to go to Thailand where we can get her therapy 5 days a week 3-4 hrs per day. It is too costly here...we simply can't do it..

Stem cells and peptide therapy is showing promise with less regulation.
