Hello. My name is Kit (aliases as I do not wish to dox myself) and I am fundraising in order to help my boyfriend escape his home and country. He lives in Brunei Darussalam which is an insanely shallow, small and homophobic country. As an ex-muslim trans man, it simply isn't safe for him there or anywhere. We'd love to get him over to Australia where we can support him safely. We are working towards a Partner Visa but that costs upwards of AUD$11K; not to mention fee charges, flights and visitor visas.
