I'm raising funds for my parents after their home was struck by lightning. The lightning hit in the back bedroom and immediately engulfed the bed in flames. The fire spread through the room, leaving devastating fire and water damage throughout the house, and their home is now considered a total loss because of how quickly it spread. they have nothing but the clothes on their backs.

My parents walked out with nothing but the clothes on their backs. They have lost their home, their belongings, and everything they have worked so hard to build over the years. Along with clothes and shoes, they lost more than 50 years of hard work and memories. Anyone who knows my parents knows how hard they have worked for everything they had and how they help anyone they can, whenever they can.

The funds raised will help secure them a new place to stay and cover basic necessities like clothes and food as they begin again after this loss. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a real difference for my parents during this incredibly painful time.
