My parents have poured their hearts into our family business for the past 20 years. The garage, which sits at my childhood home, has been in our family for generations—it was my father's childhood home and his father's garage before that. Tonight, everything changed. A devastating fire broke out, and as I write this, fire trucks are still outside our house. The entire building is gone, along with everything inside, including customer vehicles. My father has spent his whole life working in that garage, and now, in an instant, everything he’s ever known has been lost.

This business was not just our livelihood—it was a piece of our family’s history. With no retirement plan and already struggling to keep up with bills, my parents are facing an uncertain future. The funds raised here will go toward rebuilding the garage, replacing essential tools, helping cover the cost of customer vehicles lost in the fire, and hopefully providing a bit of a cushion as we try to catch up on bills. We’re not sure what insurance will cover, so every bit of support will make a difference as we try to help my parents get back on their feet.

I can’t put into words how much it would mean to my parents and myself for absolutely any donation.
