Hello, my name is Ran, and I never thought I’d be writing something like this.

My parents and I are facing the possibility of losing our home. On 22 August 2024, we received a letter from our lender , saying they’ve started legal action to repossess the house. We attended the court hearing on the 29th of September 2025. Unless we can come up with the full outstanding balance of £406,560.39 with additional charges within the next 28 days, we’ll be forced out and left with nowhere to go on the 27th of October.

This house isn’t just a building to us; it’s our home. It’s where my parents built their lives, where I grew up, and where all of our memories live. The thought of losing it is heartbreaking.

Why I’m Asking for Help

The total amount needed to stop repossession is £500,000 (USD $672,000). I know this number is huge and almost impossible for me and my family to raise alone, but I’m asking for your support because I don’t know where else to turn.

Every pound raised will go towards:

Covering the mortgage balance (£406,560.39)

Paying legal and repossession costs

Emergency expenses if we are forced to leave

Why Time Is Critical

We’ve been told legal action is already underway. If we don’t act immediately, the repossession will move forward, and we’ll be evicted. Once that happens, we’ll have to find somewhere else to live, and we may still be held liable for debts and costs.
