Hello, I am a 69-year old Aunt and Grandmother who really knows very little about how to use social media or use Go Fund Me. I also do not know how to use Twitter, Facebook or other social media. I just see an important need for my niece and her children, which is why I have decided to start this campaign.
My niece is a loving and strong woman who is raising 3 children by herself, with no help or support from their father, while she also tries to help others with her career. She has put herself through school and held her family together through hunger, abuse, job loss and homelessness, as well as struggling with C-PTSD. Furloughed from her job and then called back just recently, she did not have any money for child care and could not return to work. Now she does not have the job and her unemployment is on suspension. It is heartbreaking.
We are hoping for help to keep this family from homelessness again, for just basic needs like food, utilities, and repair of transmission, ball joints and engine on their truck which was a gift and has more than 260,000 miles on it. Our goal is to pull together enough to cover child care so she can regain a good job to support her family and get them back on their feet.
It will mean so very much to me to see them safe and sound again, and I will be very grateful for any help you might give them.
