Hi, my names Georgina and im looking to give my nephew his dream of going abroad after his kidney transplant.

From the moment Elliott was born, his life has been a battle. Born with just one kidney, he has spent his entire life facing the challenges of kidney disease with incredible courage and strength. On the 15th of June, Elliott underwent major surgery to have his one and only kidney removed. Since then, he has depended on dialysis 4–5 times every week while waiting for the life-changing kidney transplant. Elliott will be receiving a kidney from his mum very soon but is awaiting a a transplant date.

Despite everything he has been through, Elliott remains a brave, smiling little boy who never asks for much. In fact, his biggest dream is something many of us take for granted – to go on a Jet2 holiday with his family and simply enjoy being in the swimming pool, making happy memories without hospitals and dialysis taking over his life.
