Help My Mum Walk Again – Urgent Back Surgery Needed

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit.

My amazing mum is in desperate need of major back surgery. She’s been suffering in agonising pain every single day, barely able to walk or stand — and yet she still pushes through, always putting others before herself. She’s the kind of person who would give you the last piece of bread, the coat off her back, and a shoulder to cry on, even if she was struggling herself. She is the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet, and it hurts us so much to see her in this condition.

Due to the long NHS waiting times, the hospital has told us it could be years before she gets the help she needs. But she can’t wait that long. The pain is relentless, and her mobility is deteriorating quickly. She dreams of something simple, yet so powerful — being able to walk alongside her first grandchild. Right now, that dream feels out of reach.

We’re hoping to raise enough money to fund her surgery privately so she can finally have relief from the daily torment she endures. This operation would truly be life-changing — not just for her, but for all of us who love her and want to see her live without pain.

She would never ask for help herself — she’s far too proud and always insists others come first. So I’m doing this for her, because she deserves to have a chance at a full, pain-free life.
