Help my mum to get a caravan to call home ❤️

Hi, my name is Skye and I've set this up for my mum Sarah.

My mum has bi polar and has been through an awful lot in her life. At some points she has made mistakes. In 2018 in a poor mental state and in a desperate plea to be sectioned she set fire to two pieces of paper in a police station. Sarah was not sectioned or given any mental health support, but was given a criminal charge of arson.

Unfortunately this decision is having major consequences now; Sarah has returned to Somerset to be with her family, has put in all the right steps for her mental and physical health, is sober and attending a 12 step fellowship but cannot access any supported housing due to their rules for insurance purposes.

The arson charge also means despite being homeless and living in a tent it is very unlikely that any social housing provider is going to select her for any of their properties.

I am absolutely loving having my mum, and my best friend back living close to me, and I would love to be able to help her be a little more comfortable.

Someone very kind has offered somewhere, safe, with facilities that she can stay for as long as needed, she just needs a home to put on the land.

If we could make this happen, this would be a real luxury for my mum, a safe space to call her own, where she can cook for herself and her children and grandchildren can visit.
