Please read and share for my nephew Junior-James

Junior-James was born 4 months early at just 23 weeks and 3 days, weighing only 1 pound 6 ounces. He was meant to arrive in November 2025 but came naturally in his sac on July 23, 2025. He’s now 5 weeks old (28 weeks + 3 days corrected) and is fighting so hard every day in the NICU. He’s had two bleeds on the brain—one has thankfully gone, but the other is still being closely monitored. Junior-James is showing so much strength, even though he’s still very tiny and has a long road ahead.

His amazing parents, Louise and James, have been together since they were 14 both now being 32 and have worked so hard for everything they have, including their home which they are still paying off. Because of Junior-James arriving so early, Louise had to start maternity leave four months early and is now on a reduced pay and the last 3 months she will get nothing. James has been off work for five weeks but had to return on the 25th august to support the family. They never imagined their journey to becoming parents would be so difficult.

Every day, Louise and James go to the hospital to be with their little fighter and care for him, but the emotional, travel, and extra costs are quickly adding up—especially with all the things Junior-James needs that they didn’t have time to prepare for.
