Help My Momma Get Back on the Road!

Beep beep! Hi everyone. I created this GoFundMe to help my mom, Denise, get a new car. She's gone from car to car over the last few years with volatile reliability and her most recent car died. She lives in a part of Massachusetts where it's impossible to get around without a car. She insists that she doesn't need one because she "doesn't go anywhere," but I know that isn't true! Without the help of this fundraiser, I don't foresee her being able to get another car any time in the near future, which makes me sad. I would like her to have the freedom of mobility!

Logistics:

I think I am pretty resourceful when it comes to buying used cars and have gone through the process before! I will spend some time going to check out cars in Massachusetts. Once I find something suitable and go through the vetting process (getting it checked by a mechanic etc.), I'll buy the car and bring it to her and help her get her tags at the DMV etc.

If the fundraiser comes to a standstill and there hasn't been enough money raised to get something close to reliable, I will set the funds aside, untouched, and continue making efforts to hopefully raise enough money to help her out.
