My name is Veronica, and my mom is Francelia Rowell. On January 24th, 2025, two days before her 39th birthday, she was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. She has 4 different kinds of breast cancer, with 2 of them being HER2+ gene. She has been doing chemo every 3 weeks since February. She has had her port replaced 2 times already. She still has 8 months left of treatment to do and then has to have a double mastectomy after, but her bills are piling up and times are getting tough for her to the point that she wants to stop treatment so that she can go back to work.
My mom was full of life before January 2025. This isn't her first time having cancer; it's her 3rd. Way before I was born, she was only 15 years old in 2000 when she was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma. From there, they told her that there was a chance she may not be able to have kids because of the chemotherapy and radiation. I was born in 2005; she calls me her miracle child. In 2016, she was diagnosed with stage 2 skin cancer. She is a fighter; she beat Hodgkin's and skin cancer. I know she can beat breast cancer. She's just fallen on hard times as I see her cry over bills piling up, and things got worse for her as this month, on June 13th, 2025, her mother, my grandmother, passed. She was her best friend, her main support, and her rock.
I just want my mom to finish treatment and not have to worry so much about bills. I am all she has, but there's only so much I can do being I am only 20 years old. I don't want to lose her. I want to help, but all she's been doing is stressing about everything, and with her heart condition, I'm very worried. She has A-Fib, a heart murmur, and her heart is leaking, which we found out in March 2025. I don't want her to stop her treatment, please. Nothing is too small; anything will help even a like or share.
Signed, a loving daughter
