Help My Mom Get a Reliable Car During Her Cancer Battle

Hi everyone,

My name is Brandie and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my mom, Debbie. She’s 70 years old and currently fighting Stage 4 cancer. Every week, she bravely goes through chemotherapy and radiation treatments, doing her best to stay positive even when her body is exhausted and the side effects hit hard.

My mom lives on a fixed income, and every dollar she has goes toward her medical care, medications, and basic living expenses. Sadly, her only car — which she depends on to get to her doctor appointments, treatments, and the grocery store — has become unreliable and unsafe. It’s constantly breaking down, and the cost to repair it is more than it’s worth.

She has no way to replace it on her own, and without a dependable car, even simple trips to her cancer treatments become stressful and uncertain. I’m terrified of her being stranded or missing an appointment that she desperately needs.

I’m hoping to raise enough money to help her buy a safe, used car that will get her to her treatments, pharmacy, and other daily needs without worry.

My mom has always been the type of person who gives, even when she doesn’t have much herself. She’s the one who checks on others, prays for everyone, and faces each day with faith and courage — even now. She’s never been one to ask for help, but right now she really needs it.
