I am reaching out to ask the community for help. My mother, who is terminally ill with end-stage liver failure, has lost her home in a house fire this afternoon. She was helping care for my two nephews, and all of them have lost everything, including pets. The Red Cross has helped her with funds to get by for the next three days. The aftermath of this is devastating to us all. This was an inherited property that was left to my mother and grandmother when my great-grandma passed, and now everything is gone. If you could find it in your hearts to donate and help my mother and nephews get the items they need and possibly a new place to stay, I know my sister and I would be forever grateful.
