Help Our Family After a Life-Changing Stroke
On Memorial Day, our lives changed in an instant. My fiancé and the father of our children suffered a major stroke and has been in the ICU in Greenville ever since. Since the stroke, he has lost much of his ability to walk and speak, and during this difficult time we also learned that he is diabetic.
We are a family of six with four children at home, and before this happened we relied on two incomes to support our household. With him now unable to work and hospitalized for an extended period of time, we are struggling to keep up with rent, household bills, medical expenses, and the constant travel back and forth to be by his side during recovery.
Right now, our focus is on helping him heal and adjusting to the long road ahead. His recovery will require ongoing medical care, rehabilitation, medications, and support. As a mother trying to care for our children while also staying strong for him, the financial strain has become overwhelming.
We are humbly asking for any help, no matter how small. Every donation will go toward:
Rent and household bills
Travel expenses to and from the hospital
Medical and rehabilitation-related costs
Food, necessities, and support for our children during this time
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping our family in your prayers. Your kindness, support, and encouragement mean more than words can express during one of the hardest moments of our lives.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
