Help My Grandma Rebuild Her Life After a Tragic Gas Explosion

On April 23rd, a terrible tragedy changed my grandma’s life forever.

A gas explosion completely destroyed her family home – the place she had lived in and loved since she was a little girl.

Now, nothing is left but ruins.

Sadly, this explosion was not an accident.

For years, my grandparents lived in fear because of a dangerous tenant. He threatened them many times, harmed my grandpa, and attacked both of my grandparents, leaving them hurt and traumatised. Despite court cases and prison sentences, the nightmare continued.

My grandma eventually stopped leaving the house, terrified of what might happen next.

And her worst fear came true.

While she was away, the gas explosion took everything she had – her home, her belongings, her safe place.

But she still has us. And, we hope, your support.

My grandma is the kindest person I know. She spent her whole life caring for others, always putting herself last.

Now, we want to take care of her.

We are raising money to help her start over:

• To buy basic furniture, bed, clothes

• To cover the cost of building inspections and house demolition

Grandma lives on a very small pension and cannot afford these costs by herself.
