Hi, my name is Eric and my daughters, ages 23 and 21, live in the war torn country of Israel. Due to an abundance of caution, I have chosen not to include our last name here. Suffering and terrorized, emotionally and physically, they were no longer able to withstand the constant barrage of sirens and rockets falling all around them. I was beside myself with a broken heart, thinking of what is happening half a world away and feeling absolutely helpless to do anything to help my kids.

Through what truly felt like a personal miracle, we were blessed to be part of a rescue mission that culminated in over 200 US citizens being able to escape the war to the safety of Nashville, TN. As I watched the video of their arrival, greeted by so many with shouts and songs of joy, unexpected tears of relief welled up in my eyes that I was unable to control.

I can't begin to explain how thankful I am knowing that my daughters are in America, but now I am faced with the reality that I am unable to support them financially on my own, and that this is simply the beginning of their journey out of danger and terror. These beautiful young souls need our help as they seek to live in simplicity with their family in Colorado, and to ultimately return to a safer and better Israel in the near future.

These lovely girls need to come home to the love and comfort that only their family and friends can give them here in Colorado, and they need our help to support their basic needs as they get on their feet. The money you send will help to provide them three months of medical insurance, food, a place to live on their own, transportation to and from work, clothing (since they were very limited in what they could bring in one suitcase), and much more.
