My friend and his husband have been a part of my life for about ten years, always offering support and kindness through my own challenges. Today, they faced a devastating loss when their house burned down due to the reckless actions of a neighbor burning things nearby. Embers drifted onto their property, and within minutes, their home was engulfed in flames. They are part of the LGBTQ+ community and have always shown resilience and compassion, but this tragedy has left them without a place to call home and stripped them of their belongings.

The funds raised will help them secure temporary housing, provide food, clothing, and medications, and cover bills that continue even in the face of such hardship. This support will give them a chance to start fresh and begin rebuilding their lives.
