Help my friend Mark fund life changing MS treatment

My very close friend Mark has MS, which has sadly progressed through the disease modifying drugs available. Faced with this, he has concluded that the treatment that may halt the progression of his disease is a stem

cell transplant, but unfortunately he in not eligible on the NHS. His only option is to self fund, but it costs thousands.
