Help my friend & dogs after severe flood damage

For quick facts: Not in a flood zone so no insurance, house needs a complete gut, 90% of belongings are gone, hoping to rebuild and raise house to prevent this from happening again

Melinda, our wonderful Kennel Manager and dear friend, her husband and pets need help! Their home is not in a flood zone (so no insurance) but is destroyed along with 90% of their belongings. The recent flooding hit so quickly, they spent the first night in their car with their 5 dogs, including her trained service dog - a golden retriever - and didn’t get out of the area fir 4 days. They got out in 10 min when the sewage water was above their knees. All appliances including 2 freezers full of meat for dogs and humans were destroyed.

The goal is to repair and raise the house to prevent this from happening again. Please help as you are able ASAP. All of us at Northwest Kennels appreciate your kindness.
